Fitness Pass - Fitness Pass At Westborough Rec, our fitness offerings are program-based, meaning most of our classes require pre-registration for a full session. However, we also offer Drop-Ins and a Fitness Pass for added flexibility—here’s what each one means:
PROGRAMS
These are structured classes that run for a set number of weeks (for example, a 6-week Zumba or Yoga session).
You register ahead of time for the full session and are guaranteed your spot each week.
Great for people who like consistency and want to commit to a routine.
DROP-IN CLASSES
Perfect if you can’t commit to a full program!
You register ahead of time pay per EACH class (as space allows).
Ideal for trying out a class before committing when your schedule allows.
FITNESS PASS
The Fitness Pass gives you access to any of our fitness programs without having to register for each one individually.
It’s the most flexible option—come to as many classes as you’d like across our schedule, from Yoga to Zumba to Strength Training!
Available to adults of all ages—whether you’re 18 or 99, this pass makes it easy to stay active, try new workouts, and join our fitness community.
Please make sure you have an active email address on your Westborough Rec account. All communication—including class cancellations, schedule updates, and important notices—is sent by email. You must be registered for a fitness pass, program, or drop-in option in order to participate.

HIIT - HIIT Thursday Get ready to sweat with Sanjeeta in this fast-paced, high-energy 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class!
