This class combines heavy bag training, mitt work, and footwork with agility, strength, and conditioning drills for a full-body workout. Build endurance, improve coordination, and learn boxing fundamentals in a motivating group setting.
Boxing gloves are provided.

Wednesday Senior Boxing
This gentle, boxing fitness class is designed specifically for senior citizens with limited/decreased mobility. The program focuses on improving cardiovascular health, coordination, and upper body strength through low-impact, non-contact boxing movements. Participants will perform controlled punches, stretches, and rhythmic routines while seated or using stable support. Light weights and resistance bands may be used to enhance strength and flexibility. The class promotes overall wellness, boosts confidence, and encourages social engagement in a safe, supportive environment. No prior boxing experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun and stay active!
First class free to try it, but participants would need to let us know if they are planning to attend a free class.
