Strength and Core

Strength and core is a comprehensive workout class that focuses on strength training, also known as resistance training, to build and tone muscles. The class begins with a thorough warm-up and transitions into strengthening exercises using dumbbells and resistance bands. These exercises are designed to improve balance, muscle mass, bone and joint health, and overall mood while reducing the risk of chronic conditions. The session concludes with core-focused exercises and a relaxing cool-down stretch, leaving participants feeling strong, flexible, and rejuvenated.
