Adult Boxing - Wednesday Senior / Parkinson's Boxing - Winter-Spring 2026 This class combines heavy bag training, mitt work, and footwork with agility, strength, and conditioning drills for a full-body workout. Build endurance, improve coordination, and learn boxing fundamentals in a motivating group setting.Boxing gloves are provided.Time: 7:00 – 8:00 PMFitness Pass Participants:If you are signing up using a Fitness Pass, you must have an active Fitness Pass registration—we will be cross-referencing.Instructor: Tessa HNo Class: November 11 and November 25 (Unfortunately, due to timing there will be no free boxing class as part of the "free week" fitness program)
