Looking to try something new? Join us for this one-time pop-up fitness class—a special class that isn’t normally on our schedule! This session is a great opportunity to mix up your routine, explore a new workout style, and sweat it out with our instructors in a fun, welcoming environment. All levels are welcome, and no long-term commitment is required—just show up ready to move! Perfect for trying something new or adding a little variety to your fitness routine.

This class combines heavy bag training, mitt work, and footwork with agility, strength, and conditioning drills for a full-body workout. Build endurance, improve coordination, and learn boxing fundamentals in a motivating group setting.Boxing gloves are provided.Time: 7:00 – 8:00 PMFitness Pass Participants:If you are signing up using a Fitness Pass, you must have an active Fitness Pass registration—we will be cross-referencing.Instructor: Tessa HNo Class: November 11 and November 25 (Unfortunately, due to timing there will be no free boxing class as part of the "free week" fitness program)
