Flow Yoga
- INSTRUCTORS:

- WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY: Caitlin
- Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat.
- bring your mat to the community center for a flow based yoga class. Yoga postures or asana will be linked with breath providing opportunities for strength, mobility, balance.
- If you are signing up for a fitness pass session, you MUST have an active fitness pass registration. We will be cross referencing.
- Fitness Pass holders, please sign up for as many classes as you would like. You can sign up weekly or all at once.
