Do you see yourself as a desk worker or mom by day, but with ninja-like reflexes and flexibility when the moment calls? Do you want to increase your heart rate, become more flexible, and feel more comfortable in moving your body? You might be a part-time ninja! We will perform alternating sets of free-weight and body-weight exercises, incorporating movement and coordination exercises designed to elevate your heart rate and enhance your agility. These exercises are suitable for people of all ages who are comfortable with activities such as hopping, skipping, lying down and getting up from a mat, as well as using free weights. Functional movement meets fun!
