All parties include:
- At least one staff member to assist with all aspects of the party, including set up/clean up and entertaining kids.
- Max number of kids: 10. Please work with staff if your guest list is larger, we can discuss options with you.
- Basic paper plates, utensils and napkins. Feel free to bring your own!
- You can bring outside food. Must be purchased from a restaurant or other recognized food establishment (grocery store, etc.).
- Use of specific areas of the building
- The basketball court is only included in the games/open play package. The basketball court is available as an add on (pending availability).
- If you have never been to the Community Center before it is recommended that you schedule a tour/walk through of the facility prior to booking to ensure the space will meet your needs.
- All reservations are booked for 2.5 hours. This includes a half hour to set up and then 2 hours of party time.

Package Options
- Party Packages based on 10 kids:
- Gym Games/ Open Play - $150 **From November –February** No Gym/Open Play parties, due to basketball season.
- Our staff will lead a variety of gym games with options for open play. Staff will be available to assist with set-up and clean up, and be available throughout the event to help with serving food, etc. Included: Court access and designated party room for food.
- Bracelet Making Party - $210
- This party is great for a kid that is in their Taylor Swift era – we will supply all necessary materials to make the ultimate friendship bracelets. Make as many bracelets as you would like, swapping with friends is encouraged! Staff will work with kids to help ensure their bracelets turn out amazing. Included: designated area for bracelet making and party room. No gym access.
- Bingo Birthday Party - $210
- This birthday theme will be a winner with your birthday child and friends! Staff will run various Bingo games with guests. This package also includes small prizes for Bingo winners!
- Included: designated area for BINGO and party room. No gym access.
- Canvas Swap Party includes all materials to have fun with this viral art trend, designated area for activity + party room for food. $275
- Included: designated area for painting and party room. No gym access.
