Join us in an Adaptive Somatic Fitness class led by movement therapist Elizabeth Hummel. Using a combination of seated aerobics, Yoga, and developmental movements, we will spend 60 minutes exploring somatic body awareness. These movements cultivate awareness of physical sensations like tension, breathing, and posture, and are energizing, fun, and relaxing all at the same time. It is fun, relaxed, and healthy and movement-based!
