Join us for an inclusive and supportive yoga class designed for kids of all abilities! Each session offers a welcoming space to explore mindful breathing and listening activities that help children feel calm and connected. We begin with a gentle warm-up, then move through adapted themed yoga poses that are accessible and engaging for a wide range of bodies and needs. The class ends with a peaceful resting time, offering a chance to relax and recharge. With a focus on flexibility, self-awareness, and joy, every child is encouraged to participate at their own pace and comfort level.
