Make Your Own Mala

Create a custom necklace (or bracelet/bottle charm) during our workshop. We will begin with some breathwork and meditation and Reiki and shift the space around us. Then we will create our own Mala to wear infused with positive energy. Attendees can select crystals and beads that have properties to support their wellness journey.
