Youth Fitness Fundamentals

Empower youth to embrace exercise while having fun and learning the ABCS of fitness:  Agility, Balance, Coordination and Stability.  This fun class will include the fundamentals of fitness as well as agility, balance, coordination and strength training drills. Introduce youth to the basic components of fitness, cardiovascular and strength. Development and enhancement of motor skills, sports skills and drills and fitness games are also included.

Dates and Cost of Program:
Session 2: 10-29 to 12-22 (8 weeks), $175 Residents, $200 nonresidents
Session 3: 1-7 to 3-16 (9 weeks), $195 Residents, $220 Nonresidents (No classes 2-18 to 2-23)
Session 4: 3-18 to 5-18 (8 weeks) $175 Residents, $200 nonresidents (No classes 4-15 to 4-20)

Day and Time:
Monday and Thursday: 4pm to 5pm, and Saturday, 10:30-11:30am
Participants may come to 1, 2 or up to 3 classes a week for the same price!

Location: Westboro Tennis and Swim Club Group Exercise Studio on Mon and Thurs and CrossFit Studio on Saturday
